I had a wonderful experience at The Westin Denver Downtown, enjoying its ideal location and the spacious, modern rooms that provided stunning views of the city. The staff was incredibly attentive and made my stay feel special. However, some amenities were not available during my visit, and I faced some challenges with parking costs that slightly detracted from the experience.

My room was spacious at 450 sq ft, well-appointed with modern furniture and offered a great view of downtown. I appreciated the aromatherapy features that made the space feel calming. However, the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive.

The staff was generally friendly, but my interaction with Brent at the front desk was very poor. I felt disrespectfully treated because my name wasn't on the reservation. On the other hand, Walden's follow-up was appreciated and showed that some staff members truly care.

The facilities were decent. I enjoyed the heated pool even though it was closed during my visit for an event. The gym was also nice, but I wished there was a better system in communicating the pool's availability.

I recently stayed at The Westin Denver Downtown and had a lovely experience overall. The location was perfect, with major attractions just a short walk away 🙌. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, the hotel does feel a bit outdated in some areas, especially the bathrooms, and I wish breakfast options for Elite members were more generous. Still, the comfortable bedding and great views made it a nice stay! 🌄
